👋 Hi, I'm Lauren! I’m the 30-year-old Yorkshire lass who runs this four-wheeled flavour factory. For a decade, I was deep in the trenches of hospitality—from bustling kitchens to running the show at big coffee spots (yes, that means I'm officially a Barista Wizard).
But let's be honest, making their coffee taste great wasn't cutting it anymore. I had the drive, the kitchen experience, and the customer charm, so I thought: "It's time to build my own legacy."
